Buying or selling a property can be hard. Your closing shouldn’t be.
Know what happens, when it happens.
You want it. The news. The four-one-one. The info. The scoop. The data. It seems like it should be so simple to keep inform everyone about their closings.
But ask yourself: how often does it happen? How often does a real estate attorney proactively communicate with you about what’s going on with your closing? How many times are you contacting a closing firm for an update, and not the other way around?
At Harlan and Associates, we don’t think that’s the right way to do business. It’s your closing, after all. You have the right to know what’s going on with it.
And that’s why at every important stage of a closing, status updates are emailed to you.
You are sent email when the title is ordered. You are emailed when the title comes in. You are emailed when the closing package is received. And when everything disburses. And everything in between.
Like it says: you know what happens, when it happens.
